Just outside Karpathos’ capital Pigadia, you will find the Sound of the Sea apartments. This place is perched on a cliff and gives you stunning sea views. It is also nice and quiet as it is just outside the centre. The complex has a swimming pool (saltwater), tennis court and gym.
the capital of Karpathos is around the corner (10 minutes’ walk), but as the hotel is high up, it is a climb back to the hotel. While this is not a problem for some, it is not for everyone so keep that in mind.
The nearest beach is Pigadia Beach which is again just beyond the town. Walking takes about half an hour so it’s better to take the car to go there.
