On May 10, Vincent and I had been together for 7 years and that of course had to be celebrated! After I saw Lux View Villas via Instagram, I knew for sure: here we are going to spend the night! I sent an email. On May 10, the time had finally come...

Lux View Villas op Karpathos

Lux View Villas are three beautiful villas on Karpathos in the small town of Katodio, near Kyra Panagia beach. Tina and Manolis are the owners of Lux View Villas. Together they had the plan of these villas on Karpathos ready for a number of years, after they got married and the permits were finalized they could actually start building their own project ????. This has a logical explanation, because Manolis is an architect. In the villas you really see a lot of beautiful details and Vincent in particular always thinks that is great, since he also works in construction himself. He always notices it much faster than I do ????.

On the way to the villas

Poor parents haha! They had to do without a car today, because we needed it to drive to Katodio, a small town near the beach of Kyra Panagia. On arrival Tina is waiting for us, a lovely woman is waiting! She shows us the three Lux View Villas and tells us a bit more about them. When Tina leaves, we take a look around the villa that we have been assigned. We soon discover a nice wine and so it's time to put on our swimsuits, go into the pool and enjoy the view with wine of course ???? We don't do anything else for the rest of the day. We will go to Kyra Panagia for a while, because I need pictures of the Easybreath snorkel mask for a collaboration with Decathlon. Kyra Panagia is a good place for this!

In the evening it's time to have a bite to eat, we just drive back to Pigadia for a while. At En Plo where we normally have breakfast on Karpathos , but where you can also enjoy a good cocktail, we have a drink and then we have something to eat with Mesogios. We then go to bed, because the alarm goes off again at 06.30 am…

Why so early you may be wondering! We really wanted to take pictures with the sunset, because when we arrived yesterday it was a bit cloudy and so we couldn't get good pictures. So there we were at 6:30 am with a glass of wine, shooting pictures haha! We poured the wine mainly for decoration, but then it went on anyway ???? Oh, it's holiday, it's part of it!
